At Samridhya Innovations Pvt. Ltd., we respect your right to be forgotten. If you wish to discontinue using our services, you have the option to delete your account and associated personal data directly through our mobile application.

1. Steps to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and associated data directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Go to Profile Details

   Open the app, go to Profile, and tap on View Profile Details.

2. Select Manage Account

   Find and select the Manage Account option in the menu.

3. Confirm Deletion

   Tap on delete and confirm deletion. Once confirmed, all personal information is permanently removed from our servers.

2. Request via Email (Alternative)

If you cannot access the app, you may submit a formal request via email.

To: [email protected] Subject: Request for Account Deletion - [Your Mobile Number] Body: “I request the deletion of my Samridhya account associated with mobile number +91-XXXXXXXXXX. I understand this action is permanent.”

3. Important Consequences

Please be aware:

• Irreversible: This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your credit reports.
• Subscription Forfeit: Any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately without refund.
• Data Removal: Personal information is permanently removed from our servers immediately upon confirmation.
