How do I track my loan application?+

Track it in real time in the Samridhya app under 'My Applications' — you'll see every stage from submitted to disbursed. You can also call +91 63662 34524 for a status update.

How long does processing take?+

Most personal loan applications are processed within 10 minutes. Business and gold loans may take 24–48 hours depending on the lender's verification, with real-time notifications at every stage.

Can I edit my application after submitting?+

Loan amount and tenure preferences can be updated by contacting support before the application reaches the lender's final review. Identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar) can't be changed after submission.

How do I raise a complaint or grievance?+

Call +91 63662 34524, email [email protected], or use the in-app complaint form under 'Help & Support'. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days, per RBI guidelines.
